We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.

📅 Return Window

Returns must be requested within 3 days after delivery is completed. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

📦 Return Condition

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• New and unused
• In its original packaging
• In resellable condition

Items that are used, damaged, or not in original packaging will not be accepted.

💰 Return Fee

A return fee of AED 5 per order will be deducted from the refund amount.

💳 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• If the item is approved and confirmed to be in resellable condition, your refund will be processed
• Refunds will be transferred to your bank account on the same day of approval
